Enroll My Child

To begin the process of enrolling your student to Sunnyside Elementary for the school year, please have the following completed and submitted:
 
1.  ONLINE ENROLLMENT (click here) - Upon completion, please verify that all information is correct, and be sure to click SUBMIT.
 
2.  VERIFICATION OF RESIDENCE -
          a.  Property tax, lease agreement, or open/close of escrow
          b.  2 Utility bill (gas, water, electric)
          c.  CA Drivers License or CA Identification with the SAME address shown on documents "a-b".
 
3.  STUDENT DOCUMENTS -
          a.  Birth certificate
          b.  Immunization record
          c.  Most recent IEP - Only if student has an IEP. 
 
4.  CALL OUR OFFICE AT (714) 663-6158 TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT OR VISIT OUR OFFICE MONDAY - FRIDAY AFTER 8:30 AM. 
ENROLLMENT WILL NOT BE COMPLETE UNTIL ALL OF THE DOCUMENTS ARE RECEIVED & DATA CONFIRMATION SUBMITTED ON AERIES PORTAL.
